What's done is done...From motivation to motive-action...
Imagine what your life would be like if you had confidence in the destiny of your spirit… Much anxiety and fear would shift, lighten, and dissipate. You would work more for pleasure than from fear; see more laughter and less perfectionism…In our materialistic culture, fear of loss has produced unprecedented stress, as more people turn to mood-elevating medications. Stress is a great contributor to illness…Your life experience need not be a stressful, joyless rat race. As you move toward a more natural, harmonious, and sustainable life, you will discover the true inner happiness that is your birth right…You can reverse the damage caused by years of artificial living. As you change your unsustainable ways, life will change along with you and you will find peace and happiness…
Have your actions be part of a purpose that satisfies you deep inside and makes you feel alive. There’s no deeper yearning than to live a meaningful life…to know that who you are and what you’re doing matter. The more meaningful your actions, the more alive you feel… You face trials, but you feel an energy, excitement, and deep satisfaction of being in the right place at the right time…People who lead meaningful lives don’t find meaning in possessions or positions…they find it in carrying out personal commitments to ideals bigger than themselves and their own needs…
Get in tune with who you are, what you stand for, what you want from life, and what you give to life…Such introspection takes you to a higher plane and helps you to reframe yourself in the wake of the changes all around you. There is no glass ceiling, only the ceiling you put on yourself...To be aware of yourself is the first step in making such a momentous decision. The most important thing to remember is that nothing is 100 percent guaranteed…You can better understand yourself, develop a vivid but manageable emotional life, get more out of what you need and develop realistic expectations for yourself…Seeing the unconscious forces that shape your behaviour is key to developing the mindset you need for growth and change…
In reality, you are very powerful. You make things happen daily; you just don’t realize that you created the changes, whether they are negative or positive…You have great energy, excitement, and enthusiasm for life. You have a million ideas, but you rarely follow-through on them because you don’t focus long enough to figure out what will work…Before you know it, you’re dancing onto the next idea. Keeping up with you is hard…You need to slow down, pay attention to the details, and focus on the task at hand to get more done…
By choosing to have a negative, lousy, doom-and-gloom attitude you’re choosing to keep yourself isolated by pushing others away. Who wants to hang out with a life diminisher? By choosing to have a positive attitude of love and possibility, you become a life enhancer, attracting the same to you. That’s the way life works. Your attitude is like the positive “push” or “pull” of a magnet. Focus on what makes you feel good…
Things happen as part of a greater picture…the picture of your life…Every relationship you maintain, every place you visit, every act you witness or experience, is needed for you to become who you end up being…Cultivate an attitude toward occurrences, people and places in your life…an attitude geared toward inner-growth rather than self-destruction or depression…Bad things happen to all people, but they have a purpose…your growth. Your attitude toward them determines the artist you are toward your life…As you exercise your will power, you strengthen the ability to make a choice…Will power is what you use to become you. All you are today is the result of your exercised will power…As Paulo Coelho outlined there is suffering in life, and defeats. No one can avoid them…But it's better to lose some battles in the struggles for your dreams than to be defeated without ever knowing what you're fighting for…
Enjoying life...keeping your mood positive...is an everyday duty...When have you gone through a particularly difficult challenge that, in the end, had a satisfactory or positive conclusion? You can build your emotional stamina to go through the inevitable challenges in life with clarity, confidence, and grace…Keeping your perspective will enable you to discern the path ahead and move forward into the future with more resilience...
The “secret sauce” of human motivation...You made up the world you see...you can re-make it if you choose. What you see through the eyes of love is real; all that you see through fear is born of illusion...Nurture your relationships. Your relationships ultimately determine your happiness. Ask yourself: How do I treat my loved ones? Do I appreciate their being and presence? Do I focus on the good they add to my life? Do I express my gratitude? Do I take time to touch, hold hands, kiss, and be intimate with my partner? Enjoy every day. Make positive plans, prioritize your choices, and do what’s necessary to achieve what you want and need to do while enjoying the journey…Habits are powerful and uplifting when you choose the right ones...“It’s never too late to do better, be better, and become better. Improve your life by inward reflection. Walk to the water’s edge, and look out. As far as the eyes can see and beyond, endless possibilities exist, and they all start with your choices.”
What is happiness? I doubt there is one answer for all people…Like heaven and hell, one person’s happiness can be another person’s unhappiness…Clearly, we have lost the vital key to happiness. We need a practical path to sustainability and spiritual enlightenment...There can be no happiness without life. Therefore, we cannot sacrifice anyone’s life for the “greatest happiness.” But what if life is matched against life? What should we do in the infamous lifeboat problem? If the lifeboat is crowded with twenty people and only fifteen can possibly survive in it, what should we do? Hope is contagious, regardless of your role, age, or status...
Happiness is near, waiting for you to discover it. I wish that you always hear the voice in your heart when you face hard decisions, to hear it say to you, again and again: I will know. I will know. I will know...Within you lies a song not sung, a word not heard, an action not taken, a life yet to live. You're a Miracle. So, be the best you can be...
See each day as a new day full of hope…Remind yourself every day to love life. Every day is a gift for any of us. And if you’re not loving that gift, you’re your own worst enemy…You have little control over how your life unfolds; the unpredictable happens and suddenly you’re on a course you never guessed lay ahead…That does not mean you can’t live a fulfilling life and continue to do what you were put here to do…To accept that we are human, fallible, ultimately we need to be kind to ourselves…
The challenge for all of us is to find peace even amid the chaos, crises, and challenges of life. Whatever happens in your life, give peace a chance…
